A free download of the book is available by connecting on the link below. It is an Adobe Acrobat document of about 550MB. It is designed to be printed double-sided with even-numbered pages on the left facing odd-numbered pages on the right.

When printed, the book will look best on a light blue or green colored paper. For the cover page we recommend a light brown color. A printed copy of the book in this format is available by mail from the "Mail" page for $12.
